Need your passport fast? Match the speed to your travel date.

“Expedited”, “rush”, “express”, and “emergency” all mean one thing: how many weeks stand between you and your trip. Find your row below — it tells you exactly which government option and which of our service speeds fit, with no overpromising.

Which speed do I need?

My trip is more than 6 weeks away

Our Standard service (4–6 weeks total processing) usually fits: we review, prepare, and mail your application, and routine government processing completes inside that window.

→ Standard, routine government processing

My trip is 3–6 weeks away

Choose our Expedited service (2–4 weeks total processing): government expediting (the State Department's $60 expedite fee, plus $26.87 for 1–3 day return delivery of a passport book) is built into the routing, so the whole application fits your window.

→ Expedited + $60 government expedite fee + $26.87 for 1–3 day return delivery of a passport book

My trip is under 3 weeks away

Our Expedited service (2–4 weeks total processing) includes government expediting — check that window against your travel date before you order. For very tight dates, a State Department passport agency appointment may be required; we prepare everything so the appointment is a handoff, not a scramble.

→ Expedited if its window fits your date — otherwise a State Department agency appointment

I travel within 14 days (or need a visa within 28 days)

You may qualify for an in-person appointment at a State Department passport agency, which issues passports on an urgent basis. Appointments are limited and require proof of travel. We prepare your complete, correct application packet and walk you through booking the appointment.

→ State Department agency appointment (proof of travel required)

Common questions

How fast can I get a U.S. passport?

Routine government processing is about 4–6 weeks; expedited government processing (extra $60, plus $26.87 for 1–3 day return delivery of a passport book) is about 2–3 weeks. With imminent travel (within 14 days), a State Department agency appointment can issue a passport in days. No private company can legally speed up the government's own processing — what we control is a complete, correct application that isn't delayed by mistakes.

Is there a same-day or 24-hour passport service?

Only the State Department issues passports, and same-day issuance happens only at its passport agencies for qualifying urgent travel. Any company advertising a guaranteed same-day passport is overpromising. What we do: prepare a flawless application and appointment plan fast.

What does expedited processing cost?

The government's expedite fee is $60 on top of the normal application fee, paid to the U.S. Department of State, plus $26.87 for 1–3 day return delivery of a passport book ($86.87 together). Our service tiers ($157 Standard, $187 Expedited) cover review, preparation, photo compliance, mailing, and tracking — always itemized separately from government fees.

What counts as a life-or-death emergency?

The State Department reserves emergency appointments for serious illness, injury, or death in your immediate family requiring travel within 72 hours, with documentation. If that's your situation, contact the State Department's emergency line directly — and we can prepare your application packet in parallel so nothing else slows you down.
